Series YB2 63-355 Flameproof Three Phase
Description::
Superseding the old generation of series YB, series YB2 flameproof three phase induction motors, the basic series of flameproof motors, are developed and manufactured by our company.
This series motors are of remarkable features, such as compact construction, light weight, attractive appearance, safe and reliable operation, long operation life, excellent performance and easy maintenance. For this series motors, the output ratings and mounting dimensions conform to the specifications of IEC standards and the correlation between them basically agrees with EIN42673. The motors are easy to complete with export machinery and equipment and to supply as spare accessories in the import equipment.
This series motors are designed and manufactured into flameproof type and the flameproof property conforms to China National Standards:

Flameproof Enclosure “d” and standards IEC79-1, BS4683 and EN50018. The explosion protection marks are ExdⅠ, ExdⅡAT4 and ExdⅡBT4. They are safe to use in the locations where there are explosive mixtures of gas- and vapor-air. ExdⅠ- safe for use in the non-mining surfaces of underground coal mines where the explosive mixtures of methane or coal-dust are present.
ExdⅡAT4 - safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of ⅡA Class, TI, T2, T3 orT4 are present.
ExdⅡBT4 - safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of ⅡB Class, TI, T2, T3 orT4 are present.
ExdⅡCT4 - safe for use in plants where the explosive mixtures of ⅡC Class, TI, T2, T3 or T4 are present.
Based on series YB2 motors, the motors can also be manufactured for special environments, such as outdoor locations (YB2-W type), indoor tropical humidity (YB2-TH type), outdoortropical humidity (YB2-WTH type), indoor tropical arid (YB2-TA type), outdoor tropical arid (YB2-WTA type), indoor tropical (YB2-T type), outdoor tropical (YB2-WT type) and outdoormiddle-class-chemical corrosion locations (YB2-WF1 type).
