Assembly of D type horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump

 

The assembly sequence of type D horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump is in the opposite direction of

disassembly's. Assembly quality directly affects that the D type horizontal centrifugal pump can run normally

or not and affects the service life and the performance parameters of D type horizontal multi-stage

centrifugal pump. When assembling, pay attention to the following points.

1, Protect parts machining accuracy and surface roughness well,  not allowed to have bruising and scratches,

molybdenum disulfide as seal usage should be clean. The tighten screws and bolts should be evenly in stress.

2.The centring between exit flow channel of impeller and inlet flow channel of guide vane relies on the axial

size of each parts. The precision of flow channel 's centring will effect the performance of D type centrifugal

multistage pump. So the the dimension of D type centrifugal multistage pump can not change freely.

3, Finish the assembly of D type centrifugal multistage pump, before loading packing, turn the pump rotor

by hands and ensure the rotation is flexible and axial movement meets the specified requirements.

4. If everything is ok, finally, press in gland packing, pay attention to the relative position of packing in the

gland packing box.

Others attention for the assembly of D type centrifugal multistage pump:

1, When install the based, the basic plane must be kept even scaled by gradienter. After foundation of

cement solidification, check and ensure the base and foundation bolt without loose.

2. When assembly the motor or diesel,D type multistage pump and common base, ensure the shafts

concentricity between motor and pump is in one level line.

 

3. When assembly the motor and D type

multistage centrifugal pump, put outward the the shaft of the pump coupling end and ensure the axial

spacing value of coupling end faces between motor and pump meets the standard and qualified. 

4. The suction pipeline of D type centrifugal multistage pump and extrusion pipeline should be with their own

supports separetly.D type centrifugal multistage pump can also bear its own internal force, can not bear any

external force, avoid the pump crushed.
