Disassembly of type D horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump

(1)The seam allowance of middle stage sections for D type horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump loose

caused sink will bend shaft.
(2) The disassembly sequence of D type horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump.
1, Unscrew the bolt of the bearing casing in the discharge end,  unscrewing the connecting bolts among

gland box, discharge section and bearing house, then disassebly bearing house such as the componement of

the bearing casing end and bearing house,etc.
2, Unscrew the round nut on the shaft and disassembly the bearing inner race, bearing casing and retainer

ring, then disassembly gland box included in gland casing, gland ring, gland packing,etc.
3, Disassembly the O ring on the shaft, shaft sleeve, the balance disc and keys, then disassembly the

discharge section, the last stage the guide vane and balanced loops.
4, Dissembly the middle stage section and guid vance after disassembly of last stage impeller and key, then

disassembly impellers for other stages, middle section, guid vane and the impeller of first stage section.
5,Unscrew the coupling nuts on the suction section & bearing house and unscrew the bolts on the bearing

casing after disassembly of the coupling of the D type horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump, then

disassembly bearing components.
6. Take out the shaft from the suction section, unscrew the fixed nuts on the shaft,then disassembly the

bearing inner race, O ring, shaft, etc. separetly.
7.If equipted with the sliding bearing, except the difference of disassembly in bearing components, the

disassembly sequence are basically the same with the above.
